Couple of interesting updates….

Adrian Wojnarowski: ESPN Sources: After nearly 10 months of rehabilitation on a torn left ACL, Milwaukee Bucks forward Joe Ingles is targeting his return vs. New Orleans on Monday. Once Ingles successfully completes a final 5-on-5 workout Saturday, that’ll be the last hurdle in his comeback. – via Twitter wojespn

Adrian Wojnarowksi: Charlotte Hornets forward Gordon Hayward plans to play vs. Atlanta tonight, his agent Mark Bartelstein of @PrioritySports tells ESPN. Hayward has missed nine straight games — and 17 of the past 20. Significant boost for the depleted Hornets. – via Twitter wojespn

Bucks gonna be an absolute wagon when they get healthy.

Joe Ingles not only has to get back to being fully healthy to be a weapon, he also has to play a lot better than he did last year to be playable.  3-point specialists can’t shoot under 35% and make it in this league.

His career average from 3pt is over 40%. He has 4 months to get back into game shape before the playoffs. Think it’s pretty likely that Joe will be a weapon for the Bucks.
Based on the long history of 35 year-olds bouncing back strongly after these kinds of injuries?

It’s not a sure thing, but I think he will be a solid player for the Bucks off the bench. I don’t feel like his age will effect his shooting ability.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

AnthonY Davis to have MRI on right foot..

I’d be surprised if he’s sidelined for an extended period. The injury didn’t look bad at all. He was even trying to walk it off before eventually being ruled out. But then again…he’s AD.

Who’s on the All Glass team? Besides AD and Hayward? Someone like Romeo Langford or Jonathan Issac hasn’t established themselves or played enough to count. Markelle Fultz?
Zach Collins

Present-day Chris Paul
Greg Oden definitely on all time glass team.

Bill Walton would be the captain, sadly.

Grant Hill would be on that team. Who else…

Penny?

Cardiac Kemba had himself an MVP night...32/5/7. Unfortunately, fell short to the Cavs in OT

AD to miss at least a month with a foot injury. Wembanyama to the Pelicans just became a real possibility. What a fun team that would be if ever.

And this is why I am not interested in having AD and his max contract. He’s completely unreliable.

Ja Morant got the Tatum treatment from the refs last night. Got a tech for complaining about a no-call on a drive, then a second one for “questioning the ref’s integrity” to a fan sitting courtside.

I get the 1st one, but responding to a fan? What’s next? Listening in on a timeout huddle? Ja is right. The fans didn’t pay to watch the refs.

he has still played more games than Horford ÷ Rob, with much better production and basically the same salary.

So you’re saying you’d rather have AD than Horford and Rob?  Well of course.  Would anyone not make that trade?

I’d rather have Al and Rob over AD. I know they fit on this team and I think it’s more likely that one of those two will be available come playoff time. AD has the nickname “street clothes” for a reason. Can’t have one of you max players missing a ton of games, which is what Davis does every year.

Ok I stand corrected. I’ll put it this way - AD is a top 10-15 player, Al is 37 and Rob is made of similar material to AD. I get the glass man argument for AD, but if he’s healthy in May and June, Cs would be unbeatable.

I absolutely agree with you, but I remembered that several people earlier this year said they'd rather have Al and Rob, and I thought Goldstar was one of those people, as he confirmed here.

I think I estimated that Al and Rob would play right around 82 games this season, and I got a lot of crap for that, but sadly they appear close to on pace for that.  And I know that Davis was probably only going to play in the 50's and absolute best case of 70, but he out produces those 2 alone, and then you'd still have the other roster spot for someone else.  Given there is no guarantee that either, let alone both, of Al and Rob are actually going to be healthy for the playoffs, I absolutely would have traded both of them, plus some draft picks for Davis and wouldn't have given it a 2nd thought.

He has a better case for MVP this year than in the 2 prior years, but he has basically no shot at winning it.
