Haven’t seen the game yet, what do you guys think of Blake’s performance? He shot bad but the boards were nice.
Blake looked ok.  a bit rusty but he should be a help off the bench when called upon

Impressive game by Vonleh. If coach Maz is going to stick with the two big starting lineup, I’d rather go With Noah over Grant.

Vonleh- 31 minutes played: 14pts, 13rebs, 2ast

GWill- 28 minutes played: 9pts, 6rebs, 1ast

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Vonleh looks like he can handle some minutes.  I will be curious to see what happens when Kornet comes back.

i could not watch the game and only saw the highlights. vonleh had very good stats, but on defense he seems lost.

tp for someone to tell about vonleh defense.

Completely lost at the start, improved as the game went on but still not great.

I think he'll be alright on the defensive end eventually.

i think i might have an aneurysm if mazulla puts out a line up of vonleh, pritchard, hauser, griffin, and kornet. i could not stand to watch that group try to play defense.

Or offence! Blake would be the secondary ball-handler...

Loving what I have seen from both White and Jaylen this preseason. Jaylen is either just hot out of the box or he worked on that three point shot a whole lot this off-season.

I think we see a much different Derrick White this year. Mid season trades can be tough on guys. Moving. Finding housing. Dealing with a very pregnant wife through it all who you have to find new doctors for. There was a lot going on in that young man's life last year when he got traded here. This year he is settled. Wife and baby are in their new permanent home. I think it will show on the court.

Vonley may have earned a roster spot with that performance. He is very switchable on defense, and really rebounds  well.  I'd rather see him get back up minutes at the 5 than Griffin.

14/13 tonight, pretty solid. If he can put up those numbers or even something like 10/12 a night that would be tremendous. We need boards.

Jaylen has been really sharp in preseason. Looks like he put on some more muscle, too.

Love the energy Pritchard is bringing. Seems infectious. And the hodge-podge 4th quarter unit did a great job controlling the pace with their collective quickness.

Proud of our competitiveness tonight. Joe really has these guys playing well. Even the deep bench guys looked like they were playing coordinated "team" ball.

Vonleh looks like a keeper. Seems like both his game  and his body have matured a bit. And Hauser was decent again.

Until the finals he was clearly justtrying not to step on anyone's toes. Said as much in the interview as well.
