telling stat of the night -- C's have 18 TOs to 17 assists.

Media needs to crucify this team in the post game.  I mean lay into them so that they feel absolutely humiliated at how badly they played.  won't happen but man someone's got to drive the point home to these idiots that they royally stink game after game making the same mistakes over and over again.

The problem is that the media did this after game four, yet they still came out stiff as a board.

I will say I have a lot of respect for Timelord gutting it out there and doing his all despite clearly being hurt. I wish some of our guys played with the same heart, hustle and CONSISTENCY throughout.

It's frustrating but even some of our great players seem to "pick and choose" when to show up

I put the the entire blame on the tatum, literally a been a bum the entire series. Jack wagon.
If you blame Tatum for tonight's loss then I seriously question your knowledge of ball

So exactly what did Tatum do in the 4th quarter? Help us less knowledgeable basket ball fans with your wisdom.
Remind me who put us in a position to win the game at all? Was it Jaylen Brown shooting 5-18? Smart with 2 times more turnovers than assists? Al Horford with a triple single?

The sad thing is - if we don't collapse the last few minutes of the third, we probably win that game. We gave them momentum going into the fourth, and they took advantage right out of the gate.

Margin for error is so thin to win it all, and our BBIQ and composure just isn't there yet.

TP

That Poole 3 at the end of the 3rd REALLY bothered me. Tatum and Brown mismanaged the clock to give GS just enough time for a shot.

Reminds ne of the stupid NFL teams who would give Brady the ball back with 45 seconds in the half.

It is self-sabotage.

This series is over but let’s be honest we were lucky to make it out of the Milwaukee series and wouldn’t have with a healthy Middleton and then we were  dying to choke against an extremely average Miami team,  been a fun postseason with more Celtics basketball then expected and easily could’ve stumbled in to a weird championship but literally 0 chance it happens at this point, fun season tho!.

bucls should anever went past 5 nor miami

that is how BAD WE ARE AT BEATING OUTSELVES

we coulda won this in 5

has lead last 2

but we choked

team has serious psychological issues they need help with in ofseason
LET'S GO CELTICS!

We didn’t lose the series tonight. Win game 6 at home and then it’s one game for all the marbles

Love the optimism; but it’s over dude

Where was he in qtr 1 2 and 4?
Scoring points, playing good defence and getting rebounds.

He did jack.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

I don't disagree that the Poole 3 was brutal, but we then proceeded to let GSW start the 4th on a 7-0 run, and then ballooned to a 13-2 run. If that 3 was enough to break us then we're a lot more mentally weak than I thought.

I don't think they can beat these guys 2 games in a row with the 2nd being there. Game 6 at home, maybe but they lost tonight with Curry not having a great game.

As Eddie House just pointed out on the TV Post Game - the 2 best players in this series play for Golden State.

So many of them were so poor tonight I can't even see them winning Game 6. What they need right now is a home game vs the Knicks to get their confidence back.

Convincing argument. Very insightful :)

To compound watching their poopoo play, we have to hear them say the same thing.

“We gotta protect the ball”
“We didnt bring the intensity for 48 minutes”
“We can worry bout the refs”

Blah, blah, blah

The dirty poole display in the 4th turned my stomach.
