As much as the league screwed us with the refs, they did us a favor too. Getting zarba and brother out of the way for a few games is a benefit. It was going to take a huge effort to win this game even if they were not at this game.

Only thing we need to worry about is foster in game 4.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Everyone sipped the green tinted kool-aid before Game 2. Now we gotta really defend home-court and win Game 3.

Uhhhh no, pretty sure someone else from the game thread claimed this was "game, series" but won't say name lol

I'm sorry Gouki, but you are a complete hypocrite.
You rant and rave during the games like the rest of us and then act like you are above such reactions afterwards.
At least be authentic.
Complete and utter garbage from you here. There's a difference between seeing red during games and barracking for the Lakers and Nets during the regular season like old mate Sparz was frequently doing.

Bumping this ahead of the game 2 loss

That sucked, especially the 3rd. But if you told me we'd be 1-1 heading back to Boston, I'd be ecstatic.

This team's been resilient all year and I trust they'll show up in Game 3. It's just bizarre to me how bad so many of our main guys looked (Horford especially, Smart, etc.). Jaylen was awesome early on but then went ice cold too. Up to Ime and the crew to make adjustments too.

Yea I'm super happy with the 1-1 tie. I expected a game 1 loss too.

A 1-1 tie in a vacuum is a good result. It was two games where single quarter dominance from a team ended it. This really is going to be a series of runs with the shooting talent.

Some guy on Twitter said there is a transition of power from West to East.

I don't necessarily agree with that.

But he also said something like the Bucks, Heat, Celtics and Warriors are getting really close - that I agree with. I'm not surprised with single quarter wins - I think that's what happened with the Heat and Bucks series too basically (I recall the Heat series was ridiculous in that the Heat lost all but 1 quarter for each of the first two games but still won out, or something like that).

Gouki, it's just the condescending comments towards other members that bothers me, it is more than just one person.

We all get emotional about this team -  they have perfected the art of tormenting their fans with performances like tonight after playing solid, smart basketball in their previous game. Just don't pretend like you don't get as upset as the rest of us.

Yeah, but don't act like the series is over because of one bad loss. Don't forget they did win in Game 1 afterall.

Did they really win Game 1 or is that just what Adam Silver wants us to think?

No need to overreact. The Celtics are still in the drivers seat. One bad game, including a horrible quarter, does not make a series. The Warriors fans had reasons to be concerned before yesterday, and now they feel good. Don’t buy into Jekyll and Hyde dysregulated thinking! Let’s go positivity. Let’s go Celtics!

I predict that there will be more overreaction to Game 2 than there was for Game 1, and that is probably justifiable.

GSW smothered us in Game 2.  They played better defense than we did.  And they hit some miracle shots.  Reminded me of a couple of the MIA games that we lost.

Still, as others have said, we got the split.  Now let's see how much difference home court makes.
