Boston outscored Golden State 40-13 in the fourth quarter with zero points from Jayson Tatum

After watching them strut and all the media ball-washing (Mark Jackson ****), an amazing choke.

listening to Jackson's GSW lovefest was nauseating and infuriating.  I really miss Mike on the broadcasts

So true.  Really hard to listen to those guys, they are in love with the GSW.

i could not believe it. i am stunned. i have never, ever seen a comeback like that in the finals before. against a great warriors team.

i did not think the celtics had the experience to over come adversity.

i am glad to be wrong.

1-0, now make it 2-0 heading back to boston.

How about a little JB love too. He started in in the 4th and made some incredible shots.

JB was the guy who turned the tide and kept grinding to cut the lead when we were down big.
he changed the complete energy of the team.

We can definitely nitpick a lot of the smaller things. But my biggest takeaway is that, Golden State's defense definitely isn't as good as years past. Klay looks a bit shaky on that end, and as good as Draymond is he can't guard everyone.

Yes, the offensive rebounds we gave up were absolutely frustrating to watch but the C's can definitely drive inside on the offensive end as much as they want. Looney/Draymond can't stop them consistently. Jaylen and White did it a ton and they either got an easy bucket or made a pass to an open guy outside.

Also to add on to this, when you look at a lot of the scores of the games GSW played, I felt like GSW had to outscore teams more than they had to win by playing good defense. Teams managed to put up 110+ on them pretty regularly. Even the Denver Jokics put up 105+ every game except 1. Boston put up 120 on them tonight with Tatum shooting poorly.

Btw idk if you saw my other post, but I noticed when I wasn't watching the game GSW went on their runs in the 1st and 3rd quarter, but when I watched the Celtics were really good especially that 4th quarter. So I said, screw it even if I'm a nervous wreck I'll watch it live entirely and it seemed to work. Superstition!

Warriors are arrogant. Thinking this is a fluke win for Boston.

That Iggy 3 basically summed it up. Not just Curry, a lot of their guys are shooting lights out. Frustrating.

But I love White being aggressive at the end. If the C's actually miraculously comeback or even make it close, his FTs and aggressive drives late in the 3rd will be a big reason why

WOW we actually did comeback! And like I said, White being aggressive kept us in it and allowed us to comeback. Otherwise we could have been down 20+ at the end of the 3rd

Yup. He fought really hard to keep the game from being out of hand.
