I love the long rest too, they don't play again until Sunday. The coaching staff will be in the lab breaking down film

Feeling oddly confident about tonight. Can't really explain it. I am terrified because it's a road game and not to bash the other fanbases (MIL's homecrowd is good and can get rowdy), but Golden State's crowd is definitely a lot more energetic and hostile than MIL, BKN and MIA (more so the last two). Still, I have a feeling the C's will steal one tonight when people least expect it.

Might sound really dumb to say but I might not even watch the entire game just out of nerves. Especially hate when the other team goes on a run and their crowd gets into it.

i am going to say this in the nicest way possible because i have known you here for some 10 years now. WATCH THE GAME. THE WHOLE GAME. like the rest of us. soak it in. ENJOY. come on man. take a nerve pill, get some beer or wine or something. look we are all hyped and ready. it is normal.

THIS IS FINALS. we waited since 2010. WATCH THE GAME!

Lol I'll try. It's weird, I watched every game and every minute when young even if things were looking sour, yet as I entered my late 10s (is that a phrase?) and early 20s I started to feel more nervous/anxiety about sports (especially postseasons) that I decided to ease it down a bit if possible.

Its not like I stop following the game though. I still am active on the GDTs and Reddit, etc.

OMG guys I am NOT kidding, but I may have won us tonight.

I was briefly out so couldn't watch most of the 1st and obviously Curry was hot. Then I watch and we pull ahead going into halftime. Then I got nervous and stopped watching for a bit which is when Golden State went up 14. Decided, screw it I'll watch and voila! Celtics have a nice end to the 3rd + a 40-16 4th quarter to win the game!

Maybe it's a sign I should just man up and watch the entire games even when it's nervewracking

Tatum couldn’t hit the side of a barn, but 13 assists?! That’s playing the right way.

That is big time! 13 is amazing
He was responsible for 38 points on the board.

As great as our defense was in the 4th, our ball movement was amazing too. The ball was zipping all over the place. Our guys were so locked in!

Biggest stat of the night to me, 33 assists.

Still 3 to go but look at it this way. We started this road needing 16 wins, we've now got 13.

Let's go!!!!!!

How about a little JB love too. He started in in the 4th and made some incredible shots.

yeah that was phenomenal. I wonder why the C's don't just do that often. Lot of times they get stagnant. Just move around, pass to the open guy and keep doing it. MAKE the defenses work hard

Boston outscored Golden State 40-13 in the fourth quarter with zero points from Jayson Tatum

After watching them strut and all the media ball-washing (Mark Jackson Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.), an amazing choke.

Did Curry even score in the final 6 minutes?

I'm glad Ime gave Pritchard an opportunity.  He was huge tonight and I think he can continue to really help us in this series, much more so than against Miami.  GS doesn't have the kind of player than can continually abuse Pritchard on defense like Butler could.

Yeah, Pritchard can chase guys around the perimeter while also not having to worry about getting switched onto a guy like Butler who will just iso him to death. His shooting ability really helps open the court up on offense, as well.
