You’re giving Celtics whatever it was, like 12 seconds to either win with a dramatic buzzer beater or go to OT. Heat blew their load in the final 3 minutes of regulation and presumably had nothing left for an additional 5.
Had he made it, Celtics have to call the timeout and set up something quick in case they missed. Then the foul game with no timeouts on either side, who knows.
Can’t stand Butler, but I respect that decision. Was it hero ball? Maybe. But the other choices weren’t that great, either.
