FWIW, his HOF index is only .1223.
Just behind Kemba and right above D-Rose.
He's had a very solid career but he's not a HOFer.
If the C's win a championship though, that doubles to 24%.
A quick eye-balling the list in that range (and for guys playing mostly in the more modern era of 80s and beyond), would his closest comparison be Laimbeer (26%, 4x All-Star, 2x champ) but not in the Hall?
Even the 12% though puts him in the Chris Webber, Bernard King range, so it's possible. If he does get in, definitely seems like the type of guy who gets in after 25-30 years.
