Actually my bad, I completely forgot there's the play-in tournament for some reason so that still has to get figured out. Oops. BKN should win it easily but no guarantees.

Devil's advocate, but last game -- at home -- it took 54 from Tatum to beat them.  In a game where we shot 47.2% from 3PT, we were behind entering the 4th quarter.  And that's a game where we had Timelord, who was a big-time contributor with 5 blocks.

I have Cs in 6 or 7. We say that the team that wins a trade is the one who ends up with the best player. In this case, there's no trade involved, but healthy Durant is possibly the league's best player. Kyrie always plays well against us because I'm sure our feelings for him are mutual.

Still, to win the series, I think the Nets have to play more "perfectly" than we do. A poker player would say that we have more "outs."

I'd love to feel sure that PP and GW are going to be able to hit 3s at will like they have for the past several weeks and that the lockdown defense will at least minimize the Nets scoring.

My heart loves that we fought for that 2 seed, although my head really wishes that we were playing Chicago instead.

In addition to the Celtics, I'm a Bulls fan over the next few weeks.

It would be hilarious to see Miami get stuck playing Brooklyn. Though to be fair Atlanta and Charlotte are pretty dangerous candidates in their own right.

This is absolutely the concern.  And Irving was only ok, not great, in that game on top of that.

Thankfully the reason we shot so well is that Brooklyn's defense is abysmal. We really got any shot we wanted in that game. People keep saying they will amp up their D for the playoffs - I guess that's possible but haven't they been fighting for their playoff lives the last few weeks? They just barely got into the play-in tourney at all.

And that's against a lot of opposing teams that weren't playing at playoff intensity.

I think the C's will be fine unless they choke badly. And I think Ime won't let that happen.

Playoff Kyrie is a scary man when he is trying. Hopefully the Celtics defense can take the will out of him so all he has left is to complain about the city of Boston. Of course, that is with the assumption that we are playing them. People are too quick to overlook Cleveland and if I was them, there would be a lot of bulletin material for their play-in game on Tuesday.
