Bengals went from one of the worst Offensive Line to one of the best in one week… got La al Collins, Alex Cappa, & Ted Karras.. also another weapon in TE Hayden Hurst..I think they are team to beat in AFC
They should be good, but they also had a very fluke-like run in that they had a lot of close games, their 2 main competition were filled with injuries, and they were only 10-7.  They might very well be the 3rd best team in their own division next year (Baltimore and Cleveland) and it isn't like Pittsburgh is going to be terrible.  They have the 1st place schedule also which means KC, Tenn, and Dallas (whereas Baltimore gets Denver, Jacksonville, and NY Giants - Cleveland gets LAC, Houston, Washington).  They may be more likely to miss the playoffs than even win a playoff game especially given the improvements from a lot of the main AFC teams.  The AFC is stacked next year.  The NFC, oth, sucks.

Sounds like Tyreek Hill might be on the move.   Reports are either Miami or Jets.

What in the actual...?

Hopefully the Jets.  They'll find a way to screw that up.

A Waddle/Hill combo is a scary proposition.

Chiefs are trading six-time Pro-Bowl WR Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins for five draft picks: a 2022 1st-round pick (No. 29), a 2nd-round pick (No. 50) and a 4th-round pick, as well as 4th- and 6th-round picks in the 2023 draft, sources tell ESPN.

Well dang, that's an interesting move (Hill to Miami). And it also sucks because now NE's defense will have to play him twice a year...  :(

Have the Chiefs just decided they don't want titles any more?

It's good draft capital, but Mahomes + Kelce + JuJu isn't winning jack.  They must have worried he was going to demand $30 million?

On the other end, Tyreke + Waddle is a great duo, but does anybody trust Tua to get them the ball?  A bottom-10 QB + a lousy running game.

If the Chiefs only end up with one title in this window, that has to be considered a bit of a disappointment.  Another dynasty that wasn't.

Chiefs are in the first year of Mahomes extension now.  I figured they wouldn't have to go super crazy this year, but was expecting the contract to be a factor soon.  Bills have 1 more year before Allen's real money kicks in so they are going to have start doing that sort of thing as well.  The downside to the massive QB contracts is the roster crunch.  Chiefs also have that massive Chris Jones cap hit, between Jones and Mahomes they have 31.26% of their cap space eaten up, from 2 guys.  They franchise Brown, who is another 8% and then Clark and Kelce are over 11%.  So 5 guys is 50% of their cap.  And that obviously doesn't include Hill.

It Tua can't get them the ball, then they can find a QB next season.  They'll be attractive to any QB looking for a new home, and if that doesn't work, they'll have two firsts in a better draft for QBs than this year's to get something done.  Makes sense to go after a player like Hill when he comes on the market

He did fine at getting it to Waddle. Both guys are great after the catch and they got a few RBs that are good after the catch too. That doesn't mention Gesiki either. Sounds like Tua won't have any excuses.

Fine is probably relative.

104 receptions is great.  Just over 1000 yards is meh.
