Garbage call.  pure garbage.  should be challenging that.  Ime you turd, challenge that
What’s he waiting for? End of the 3rd
would have kept a foul off Theis and points off the board from Ja

He would have lost the challenge. Theis was clean up too but there was too much contact in the body to reverse the call.
wasn't enough to call a foul in the first place.  they do tend to find any reason not to overturn a bad call like that

Need to get Smart back in there. Offense bogged down as soon as he went out.

One of the things I do love about Ja is he seems like a good dude. He's always smiling, and seems to just genuinely love the game.

Overall, this Memphis team is very likeable.

Call me real old school, but anybody we are playing against is never in my likable category, ever!

Go Cs…. Screw everyone else!

I'm with you.  TP

Back at you, Silas (one of my favorite Cs of all time and Rodmanesque in his uncanny rebounding effectiveness , with less size and athleticism).

Go Cs!

It was Paul Silas himself who said that he made a point of never helping an opponent up off the floor because he considered them the enemy. That's an exact quote. I loved watching Silas and Cowens pound opponents into dust on the boards back in the 70's.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Come on Tatum, show you're the best player on the court. Guide us to the finish

Just think what Tatum could do if he learned to pick his head up when he drives. Drives me crazy!

Another injury...
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Ugghhhhh now White out. My goodness. We cannot catch a break.

Hope that's not a forearm strain for him. Looks like his fingers got pushed back.
