just joining the game and only saw the box score.....i take it that nesmith did not distinguish himself as a starter?

Unfortunately, a real bad ankle sprain.

sigh, another night of the "gang that couldn't shoot straight".
Tatum - 3-9
White - 1-6
Smart - 2-9

Grant and PP 4-5
doesn't matter if you're combining their attempts and it's less than each of those individuals

That's the problem. The 4-5 guys need more shots than Smart who has more shots than both combined with fewer makes.

So you’re saying PP should be shooting instead of Tatum. Smart is a hair behind Tatum - 3-10 to Tatum’s 3-9z

Tatum is the leading scorer on this team he should shoot but Smart can't shoot and neither can White. They need to drive the ball and lay off the 3s. That's what I'm saying. I'd rather see Tatum go 3 for 18 than watch Smart shoot. I know that now I say that Smart will hit 3 quick 3s to open the 3rd, or so I hope...  ;)
there's the first one
there's the second

nice passing that trip.  amazed they kept going until Al got a spin for a layup instead of someone chucking up another contested 3

I love that we are exposing the mismatches.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Don't understand why we don't do this more often. Yes, we're hitting shots now, but part of that is because we're much more forceful and purposeful with the ball and our movement. Much easier to get open, good shots like that when you're much more deliberate with your offense and not so slow with getting into everything.

Great start to the half. If we can limit our TOs, then we should fare well. Glad to see Morant is still bricking his 3s - hopefully that continues.

They actually could have called Adams for goal-tending on Smart's lob pass.
