Can we start the KAT to the C's chatter now?  Video of him hanging with Parish, Pierce, McHale, Garnett, and Tatum hit Twitter this morning.  We all have heard from players, this is where recruiting takes place a lot of the time.  Don't think we have the pieces, but fun to think about.

Yeah, let's do it. KAT's got a stroke and he won the Skills Challenge a few years ago.

I assume you start with Rob Williams/ Marcus Smart and a 1st, but doubtful if Minny is interested.

Kat has a good thing going with Anthony Edwards there who will possibly be a top 10 player at some point, and they have some other nice pieces like Vanderbilt who I like a lot. Doubt KAT is going anywhere.

Think of the benefits of KAT being on the Celtics, he and Tatum can share full-length fur coats.  8)

This won't happen without Brown being involved.

Always use to laugh when people brought these types of things up believing that it was always a reach. Then Kyrie happened and now I honestly don’t know what to believe with the ASG.

Kudos to JT and the former Cs doing hard court press though at these types of events. That’s what your star players are supposed to do in this new age.

I’d be willing to let go Williams III/Smart/picks for him. I think Minnesota is a little bit behind his trajectory in terms of timeframe to compete. They need a few more years now in my estimation. Mommy isn’t letting him go for a kings ransom.

Not sure exactly what "picks" would mean but a Tatum, Brown, Towns big 3 would be formidable.  RWill and Smart is pretty good value coming back but probably not the best deal that they could get.

I would even entertain Brown for Towns.

This type of sentiment is just not reality. The vast majority of superstar trades from the last decade did not involve an all-star going back.

Take Harden for example. The Nets traded Jarrett Allen (roughly equivalent to Rob Williams) and Caris Lavert, a player who had three straight signficant injury-ridden seasons and was injured again for a fourth season, who at his best is a ball-dominant guard with meh efficiency. They also traded 3 firsts and offered 4 swaps.

This is the format. Look at the George, Anthony, Cousins, Davis, etc. trades. This is generally the format.

The real question is whether or not a team like the Hawks could beat our offer, which I think they probably could, depending on how the Wolves valued Williams vs Collins.

Couple things. First, Parish looks like Frankenstein’s monster 2.0... His shoulders are incredibly wide. kinda scary.

Second, Tatum is 2-3 inches taller than pierce and he looks to be the same height as McHale.

Third, Suits and sneakers...  :-\

I don't care how they tried to fix the NBA measurements, I think they're still off.

Lots of former athletes wear sneakers with suits because of the wear and tear on their feet.  I'm luck enough to have plantar fasciitis in both feet and have blown both ankles from playing just school and intramural leagues.  Can't imagine what they go through.
