He just doesn't make sense with our tax situation. The team's top priority seems to be to duck the tax.
The second-round picks the Pistons are trading are next year's (lower of Cleveland and Golden State) and Sacramento's in 2024.

Maybe if we were sending out Richardson for some reason we’d look at Ross, but as a stand-alone he doesn’t seem to add much given the acquisition cost and budget constraints.

There are rumors that the Hornets and Spurs are discussing a deal centered around Poetl for PJ Washington, Kai Jones and draft capital.I'd try to get in on that if Washington was available for something reasonable.
