good lord, what a horrible close out to the game.  all-bench line-up lets the Cavs back into the game and starters can't get it back.

Those guys on the bench barely play.  You can’t expect them to play well when coming in for a few minutes.  So why play them all together?  Mix them in with the other guys.

Brad would get criticized for his lineups, but he handled this much better with lesser players.

Was that seriously our go-to game-tying ATO??

Oh my god, Ime is so horrible at coaching offence

Marcus was trying to pass to JT at the post then decided to go to Schroder. I wonder what the real play was.
Yet Schroder didn't even think about going back to JT. Makes me think that was the second option, and it was terrible.

All of Ime's actions are 2 man actions while the other 3 stand motionless. Only on the rarest occasions is a 3rd man involved

It was a terrible last possession but I doubt the outcome would have been any different had the ball gone to Tatum.

Yeah, the rotations are a mess.

Lousy way to lose the game but I'm not going to overreact to it, even if the Cavs were on a back to back too.  We just played OT and had to travel to a different city.  We still played good defense for most of the game.

Focus on winning the next one.

tatum, the “elite” all-star: 8 FG, 2 AST, 4 REB, 36% FG, 12% 3P%, 6 TO, and zero defensive effort.

he’s never gonna be that guy.

Where were you the last 3 games with these takes?

Rob played another great game.  Tatum stunk it up big time.

So frustrated. Ime, Schroeder, and Tatum shoulder the burden of this game. Awful decision-making and play by them at multiple points throughout the game. The killer was over-relying on the all bench lineup. So ridiculous.

Ridiculous take, as if the Cavs were beating the C’s the whole game. C’s we’re up big.
He was far, far too slow to react to the comeback

So he’s supposed to run the starters to the ground? I could’ve sworn I saw another thread complaining about guys playing so many minutes.

The bench was garbage
No, but Kanter is a legitimate NBA quality player, whereas Jabari is not.

Maybe he is. Maybe he isn’t. Kanter has looked pretty terrible, at least in the preseason and maybe they see something at practice we don’t.

Idk why we should blame Tatum and Schroder for Kanter not getting off the bench though

If Tatum continues to play at this disappointing level he doesn’t deserve an all star spot. Just in a bad funk.  Good he snaps out soon.

Silver lining: JB could play Monday.

I don't mind this loss.

Caught off guard by a crummy team, playing crummy players, early season, no JB, back-to-back.

It's aight. We'll be .500 again next game.
