is Tatum hurt? does he need to take some time off?

I'm thinking his heavier weight this year has a lot to do with his struggles. Could've affected his shooting, and being someone who wasn't that quick to begin with, I'm wondering if that extra weight is making him that much slower and unable to get to his spots.

I think it's because of his playing in the summer. He looked better in the Olymics.

Looking at excuses you guys are making for Tatum is hilarious. It’s not like they are in February right now.
Tatum is just soft. He doesn’t know how to impact a game unless he’s hitting his shots.

I'm not making excuses but something looks wrong with Tatum. If you think he looks like himself then agree to disagree.

If he was hurt he wouldn’t be playing right now. He looks disinterested. He needs to understand when his 3’s agent going down he has to effect the game in other ways. He is  still very immature at this point.

Celtics FG 36.4% 3PT 6 for 20
Magic FG 40% 3PT 6 for 21

Benches
Celtics 38 minutes 5 points
Magic 32 minutes 13 points

Halloween shooting spree continues. This team was top 10 in 3PT percentage last year. This year at 19th in NBA with 33%.

Shhhhhhhhh ..when we mentioned that he should probably rest the summer, some people said no need. I don’t want to hear that excuse now.

I think it's less of an excuse than a reason. Tatum looks off.

I'm actually liking the defense and some of the offense, especially Jaylen. Tatum is the low point of the team for me. I feell like he does not like playing with the other guys. There was a transition play where he could have passed to Jaylen for an alley oop and he didn't, and when that jumpball happened, he was doubled and had Brown open on the corner

A bad Magic team went for 46. It was better to close the half but loads of layups.

But 46 is not that bad, at least we did not gave up any 30 point quarter so far. Bulls had 38 on us in just one quarter. It's progress baby... Hahah

Reminds me of Paul Pierce 2002-04 when he was laying up brick after brick

If I'm not mistaken, 3s from the driblle handoff were a major part of our offense with Brad. Ime seems to hate it, so that's probably a reason. Almost all of our 3 points are from iso pull ups or desperate late clock shots

I don't think he's hurt but he doesn't have energy either because he's worn out metally or physically. He looks off.

Shooting is bad, again. FG:36% 3PT:30%

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Ooo might explain why Timelord doesn't seem as good anymore.

Too many smiles before the game. These guys don't seem upset by this terrible play!

I understand your point. If they score 46 on the second half and we end up winning by double digits while holding them to 92 points, I would be satisfied for now
