Please Coach Ime bench Marcus Smart. He's not bringing it and he needs a wake up call that he's a role player. He's shooting 25% from three and he looks distracted on defense. He needs a cold splash of water in his face!

Smart coming out and saying stuff to the media tonight is a classic example of why he's NOT a leader. He is great at stirring the pot. But sometimes the best thing to do as a leader is to take personal responsibility and say what can I do better?

This team has a maturity problem.

We should note that Marcus had zero assists tonight after complaining that Jaylen and Jayson don’t want to pass the ball.

Marcus should be relegated to coming off the bench. He’s a good role player, but that’s all he is. Ask him to do too much and it’s going to be a problem. Smart is  not a point guard and you can’t start him and Schroder together unless Rob is coming off the Bench. Wouldn’t have enough consistent shooters.

Is that what Smart said in the press conf after the game?  ie Brown and Tatum don't want to pass the ball?
Is he brain dead?  He was in the game, he can't be so stupid to think that is whats wrong with the team.
They just gave up 39 points in the 4th quarter.  Smart is complaining about our two best scorers not passing the ball enough?
omg, just trade Smart, I have had enough as well.  Go complain somewhere else marcus.

so here is the marcus quote
"Every team knows we're trying to go to Jayson and Jaylen," Smart said after the 128-114 loss to the Chicago Bulls. "Every team is programmed and studied to stop Jayson and Jaylen. I think everybody's scouting report is to make those guys pass the ball. They don't want to pass the ball."

maybe not as bad as I thought it would be?  but did anyone bother to ask Smart why we gave up 39 points in the 4th?

Smartacus is getting absolutely pilloried on NBATV with his press conference that has gone viral. Isiah and Candice Parker saying his finger pointing comments don’t bode well for the state of the Celtics locker room and maybe instead of complaining about how the Jays didn’t pass the ball to him, rather he should have focused on how the Cs let the Bulls score 39 points when they had a 19 point lead when he’s supposed to be the defensive leader.
