The two bigs don't work.

HAVE to start Schroeder over Smart and get off to better starts. Or, hell, sit one of Horford or Timelord and start both Smart and Schroeder and go a bit smaller. But, yeah, I never liked the two big lineups, and I don't think they're going to work. There's pretty recent history that Al at 4 with another big doesn't work.

I could see a lineup of Schroder-Brown-Tatum-Horford-Williams working, but nothing with Smart

Yeah, but starting you only Bigs makes the bench weak. Two rebounds from the bench. TWO!!!!

Two guys who have a nose for the ball, Nesmith and Pritchard can't sniff the court.

Ime better look at his rotations. Seriously. Pritchard, Neismith can’t be sitting on the bench when other guys are playing badly. Parker never left the bench in the second half inspite of the team having all sorts of problems scoring.

yeah, it’s so puzzling. parker had 7 points in 9 minutes on 100% shooting and he was extremely active.

Ime did the same last game. Inexplicable.

We have other bigs on the bench in Kanter and Fernando, but Ime doesn't use them at all. Too much Grant Williams love. It's killing us.

They should start TIMELORD and Hernangomez and bring Horford and Schroder off the bench together or Start Horford and Schroder and bring TIMELORD and Smart off the bench. Ime has to make some tough decisions!

Ime Udoka: "Our intensity and focus wasn't there from the start."

He said he actually got on the Celtics a lot at shootaround because he didn't like the focus there earlier today.

I mean - yikes. We're five games into the season, and I think he's said this same sort of thing about three of the games thus far? This looks more and more like a culture problem with the young guys. You'd think a strong guy like Ime would potentially help it out, but thus far it's not been working and he's been as passive as Brad in the games.

There are consequences to not holding your guys accountable, and this is the exact thing that many of us on here have been nagging about for years with the previous soft coaching staff.

Ime is saying they aren't playing hard but he's not benching guys. I thought he was going to be a tough coach. He's soft!!!

What do you do when your soft coach reports to a soft GM

If the team lacks focus it's on the coach!!!
