Doncic making Gobert look silly, but Gobert should've won DPOY, right? We just watched Smart and the C's take on two of the greatest scorers in NBA history, and I can't remember once where Smart was made to look like that.
To be fair, Doncic has made most great defenders look silly (I think including Smart).

Kyrie blaming the "lack of consistency and playing together" is hilarious considering he only played 33 games for the Nets this season (playoffs included). Like seriously, look in the mirror dude. And I'm certain that's probably still 10 more than he probably would have ended up with since they lifted the mandate.

Kyrie is predictably blaming circumstance for the Nets' lack of consistency. Naturally he fails to mention his central role in that due to refusing the vaccine and driving Harden out of town.

Also really isn't giving the C's credit.

Meanwhile KD is a class act in his post-series comments. Most Nets fans now want Kyrie gone ASAP.

I honestly feel a bit bad for them. A teensy, tiny bit.

Props to KD for the classy comments tho. He should wise up and tell Marks to dump Kyrie

Why I picked them to come out of the West.  Doncic's coming out party.  That guy is a BEAST.

It's pretty scary that guys like Dinwiddie haven't done much this series, Doncic just returned a few days ago and despite all that the Jazz could still lose this series. Brunson in particular has torched them and is doing it again tonight. Doncic hasn't even done too well tonight and the Mavs are up 16 now

Nets should sign & trade Irving to the Knicks.  Randle and Fournier for him.  Nets get some scoring and go into next year with a starting 5 of Claxton, Randle, Durant, Harris, Simmons with Curry, Fournier, Mills, Brown, and maybe Drummond.  Pretty solid team and you don't have the headache of both Simmons and Irving (1 is far more manageable than both of them).

This is glorious.

Celtics with highway robberies against two division foes they really hate. First pulling one of the greatest heists in NBA history back in 2013 with Billy King's Nets. Fast-forward 4 years later, traded #1 pick to 76ers for the 3-pick and they end up getting Fultz and C's end up with Tatum  8)

Nets and 76ers fans can argue about who the bigger loser of the trade is  ;D

Man, Kyrie has fallen from grace so much...

It could happen vs the Warriors or Suns. Kinda like LeBron beating the Pistons in 06. But IMO Dallas' lack of a true #2 will cost them at some point much like it did LeBrons Cavs.

He was never in grace or that high up for.  Very good, but never great.  Just too inconsistent, too injured, and too poor defensively to be anything more than very good.

Fultz has at least looked like a NBA player after leaving Philly and going to Orlando.  I still have no idea why Philly just gave up on him.  That always seemed strange to me.

Sure. But against top talent I still don't think they're good enough if Doncic is off. But they have a puncher's chance, which is way better than what I thought a few months ago.
