When it rains, it monsoons. Ugh
waiting for that other shoe to drop when Jaylen's in protocols -- 3...2....1....
No worries. We got Iso Joe and Al-Farouq Aminu.

Isaiah Thomas is also now available again!

Our new big 3! ;D

I wasn’t a big fan of IT - didn’t particularly like the look at the watch or the “Brinks Truck”.  But he had a truly memorable run here and I think - what the heck, bring the guy in while the Cs need bodies. A gift to the fans.

Prefer the Hawks route in our covid rebuild. Zaza and Josh Smith and all that.

Hey pokeKC, were you the one person who voted for Zaza in my poll?  We could use his toughness.

Wasn't me,

I just thought it was cool that Al Horford tweeted about Joe Johnson's return

CDC just came out with a statement that asymptomatic individuals only have to quarantine for 5 days instead of 10.  I wonder if NBA will modify their protocols, meaning some players could come back sooner.

I hope so, and I hope that Jason does not have symptoms.

Blazers need to blow it up more than any team in the league. They are absolutely awful and ck McCollum is not going to save them.

CDC guidelines also call for masking in public from days 6-10, so that would mean players would need to mask on the court.

How does one dribble across the court and shoot with a mask on though? I'm genuinely intrigued and wonder if that's possible

I mean, it’s possible.  I’m a semi-professional musician (as in, I get paid/people pay to hear me, but it’s not my primary source of income).  Just made it through the holiday season singing for hours straight, masked the entire time (not to mention warm-ups and between shows on days I had multiple concerts).  Not the most pleasant experience, but I was surprised at how quickly my breathing adapted.  First day I had multiple concerts I was winded by the end, but even a day later I was fine getting through performances, and after the first week I hardly noticed the mask.  Not the same thing as being a pro basketball player, but at the same time, singing is a very aerobic activity, so it’s not completely different either.

Still, the reason I pointed out the CDC’s guidance is that if the NBA follows it, you’re not likely to see that many players come out of quarantine early, because masks would be required.

Odd tweet by klutch. They have said negative attention is hurting ben mental health and isn’t ready to play and then do this? Get they are doing all their players but this just creates negative responses
