Sux for him. He was having a good year.

Really the worst. Loved JRich.

Same. Shame indeed.

Kinda telling though that White came over and instantly contributed, and JRich ends up benchwarming. Not necessarily saying heaps about JRich, but moreso about White.

Says a whole bunch about the talent level of the Cs.

That is very weird, does pops want him to learn the playbook first? Their roster is not super talented.

Wonder if thibs is gone end of year? Think that team needs a new voice.

I wonder if Portland will be that kind of team that makes a run after all their vets were traded, like the 2014-2015 C’s.  A bunch of younger guys excited for the chance to compete instead of older players who were just waiting to be traded.  They’ve won three in a row after the McCollum trade.  I guess we’ll see how they do the next two games vs Golden State and Memphis.
I wonder if they'll be smart enough to realize they need to trade Lillard in the offseason rather than try to rebuild around him.

I think they will, although his trade value is a lot lower than it was a year ago.

They need more talent. They need to quit trying to take a rebuild shortcut.

The only thing potentially sparing him is he’s got 3 more years on his contract.  Although I’ll also say I thought the Knicks were massively overrated heading into the season, but I’m sure management didn’t think that.  Thibs needs Derrick Rose back in the worst way so he can play him 40 minutes a night for a month.

Fournier and Walker have been disasters.

Last year’s C’s make a lot more sense now.

Richardson will be active for Monday's game against the Bulls, but he's not expected to see the floor, per coach Gregg Popovich, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 in San Antonio reports.
Given the coach involved, we can never be too sure, but it looks like the Spurs will hold both Richardson and Romeo Langford out of Monday's game as the new players continue to acclimate themselves to their new environment. Assuming Pop's word holds up, Richardson could see his first minutes in a Spurs uniform Wednesday at Oklahoma City.
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:
Quote
At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Awesome, that makes more sense than my nonsense.
