He's a player I personally like and I had to resist picking him too early. In my head, he's a good guy to have in late game, sub offense/defense situations when I'd need a stop and pull Kyrie or Patty.

He's a player a personally like and I had to resist picking him too early. In my head, he's a good guy to have in late game, sub offense/defense situations when I'd need a stop and pull Kyrie or Patty.

One of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA (if not the best). Comfortably led the league in STL% last season among players with 1000+ minutes of playing time. I wanted to select him with my next pick. Oh well.

[Who]

New York is going to go with Reggie Jackson.

He had a shockingly good run in the playoffs last year and has become a much better 3 point shooter. He will be a good fit in our backcourt. I like that he is thicker body wise. Worried about skinny little Haliburton getting beaten up on. Reggie gives us more switchability defensively when needed. And I like that he can play both on ball and off ball so he can work with Luka or without while Luka rests.
