How about Marvin Bagley?
I would be pretty on board for the most part, except he's somewhat atypical for a buy-low target - he's earning $11.3m in 2021-22
Doesn't that fit right into our TPE? If not I'd be open to trading TT for him.

Couple hundred thousand too much for the TPE.

I haven’t seen anything reported and I don’t care either way, but isn’t our remaining TPE $11.5? Hayward made $28.5M and Fournier made $17M in 20-21.

Fournier had bonuses related to his team’s playoff performances.  When he got traded to the Celtics, that bonus became classified as likely, because we went to the conference finals the prior year, and so his cap hit was upped to $17.45 million at the time of the trade, which was used to calculate the exception.  It doesn’t matter for the TPE that he ultimately didn’t get that bonus.

If Pelicans take a guard plus resign Ball I'd say Kira Lewis Jr is a buy low player
