Absurd that Giannis and Middleton have combined for 2 points. That's a huge indictment on both them and Coach Bud

I reckon we did incredibly well against the Nets, given we were down 3 starters.

I think this season has painted a bad picture of the Celtics. One that doesn't necessarily align with how bad or good we really are.

Maybe some of the more one eyed of our fans will realize that we were just undermanned and outgunned and not good enough against these Nets...at least we took 1 game off them.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Expectations from the fanbase are always very high, regardless of the quality of our team.

No, but he seems to have failed in preparing his guys.

Couple different ref calls, couple preferential bounces, couple less injuries, we're over .600 and cruising to the ECF imo. Oh well.

That Blake stuff just now was kinda litty, ngl.

Which is funny to me since we aren't that far from the Pitino era or a season with 24 straight losses.

Eh. These players aren't children. Middleton in particular has a history of disappearing in big games (except against us, of course). At some point that's an indictment on the player.

That might be what's blinding me. My expectation of Middleton to morph into Michael Jordan seems to only belong in Celtic games

If I'm Milwaukee, I'm inquiring to Portland about a McCollum/Middleton swap. Both of them of 3 options miscast as 2nd options, but I think their skillsets would complement the other superstar better.
