Wow.  Just a dump to make sure they tank the rest of the season and get a top pick.  Wonder if either are candidates for a buyout since both are FA's at the end of the year.

I the Danny All I want thread, I said I wanted Ainge to move all the players he would not be bringing back and get something that could be with the Celtics going forward. He got Fournier and looks to be moving all those guys that were free agents but had no future here.

We've got to be hopping into the Washington-Chicago deal then.  We're getting no savings on Theis now -- if we're not getting some sort of pick, it would be highly disappointing.

At first glance, this feels like a wash right now. Yes, I know. Fournier brings 19 points per game, but Theis has been important for us on both ends. Gonna miss that Kemba/Theis connection. Teague has actually started to play well (I would've preferred him to Marcus down the stretch last night). Wagner is okay, I guess.

I remain unmoved. It feels like we're rearranging the deck chairs, but the deck still has dry-rot. Maybe Danny has an in on the buyout market that can be a difference maker, but faith in him is on the rocks.
