I can see why Trae gets so many points. Getting breathed on is worth two shots.

He creates the contact himself and acts like he got hit.  It’s smart, but I hate watching it.

I think we got out played but only down 4. I'll take that.

Nesmith leading the C’s in rebounding.... They need better bigs.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

It's too much like pro wrestling.... Playing to get fouled every time down the floor is not fun to watch. he player that creates the contact should be called with the foul.

I think PP did the best job on him. Trae couldn't drive past him so he settled for really long 3s. Even when Jaylen was switched onto him he slipped past him, then slammed on the brakes to create contact for the foul.

Celtics FG 46.8% 3PT 29.4%
Hawks FG 60% 3PT 30%

Benches
Celtics 50 minutes 12 points
Hawks 34 minutes 8 points

Nesmith is only 1 for 2 from the field and but has gobbled up 5 ribbies. He's been hustling like Pete Rose.

Pritchard is getting messed with by Hawks backcourt...he has 3 fouls, but has been driving through the paint with abandon.

No one other than Tatum of Brown has been to the line for the Celtics so far.

Trae Young is a problem.

Pritchard has to be more assertive. And less lazy with his passes.

Jaylen should focus more on play making and less on scoring.  When your shot is off, focus on everything else.

Tatum has kept us in the game.
