This is tough to watch.

Signing off for the day. No point in investing time watching the 4th if this team didn’t invest any time to actually play hrs today.

Nesmith high energy.  He’ll be benched for two weeks

His defense has been really good. Brad should've yanked the the starters in the third. This game is done. Get some time for the young guys...

It's the truth sadly. This team is just a middle of the pack team.

They could win a 1st round series against a favorable opponent, but then lose in 5 the 2nd round to either PHI/BKN/MIL.

Nesmith playing strong D

I thought he was supposed to be a shooter. He hasn't made jack yet

Hard to do on the bench yet grant williams has provided a serviceable 1 lousy point in the last two games ::)

So I am not watching this game.  Anyone care to tell me what is the big problem today?  Other than Tatum only has 4 points?

Effort, defense, bad shot selection?

Everything about that + inability to make a dribble or a pass without being in big danger of loosing it... Ho and also 80% ISO actions. Kemba and Borwn score some points; I can't find anything else positive tonight.

Reality is slowly sinking in.  Pretty hard to believe that the C's are this bad.  Hard to watch.

I wasn’t believing it when the season started but we should have seen the writing on the wall with Danny’s terrible offseason... we’ve lost a lot of talent and are relying on young, unproven players to carry the load. We shouldn’t have to rely on Tatum and Brown being superstars every single night, and the support pieces are letting them down... because our support is either young and unproven or washed up (Teague). DA hasn’t replaced outgoing talent, even Marcus Morris would be a massive improvement over 3/4 of this roster.

For those that say Kemba will be fine once he gets his shot back... he’s 9-17 from the field and 4-6 from 3pt. His efficiency is a -15 and he couldn’t guard a parked car.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Nesmith getting in a game was pretty good. The shooting against the worst defense in the league is amazingly bad.

Pritchard sucks. Can't hit shots at all.

Ainge is a terrible judge of talent.

My leaky, old storm window has better drafts than Ainge.

Honestly I think this is what we are at the moment. Beyond our top three players we are loaded with g-league level and fringe NBA players. Sure guys like Payton Pritchard have a lot of potential but he is not ready to contribute night after night.

When one of our top guys (like Tatum today) has a really off game we are going to be in trouble no matter who we play.
This pretty much sums it up. Over the last two years, Cs have lost Horford/Irving/Morris/Hayward. That’s a lot of talent that was never really replaced.

I would never want Irving back, but you make a very good point.
