Ainge should have drafted Fultz. Even injured he would be playing better than Tatum.

Enough is enough of this over the topic.  You've been doing it all day.  This game sucks but you're not helping things in the game thread
TBH, he's been the only entertaining part of the game today.

Entertaining is subjective.

Trades are going to have to be made. DA can't play the long game anymore, he has two All-Stars, it doesn't matter how old they are. You try to win every year.

There are no more 'wait and see' seasons. Utah have similar higher end talent but significantly superior supporting cast. Celtics had Jayson and Brown on rookie deals for 4 years and all they have to show is an aging All-Star point guard, a solid undersized center, an All-Defense player who was already on the team, and a bunch of young guys who literally cannot string together two good games.

I have no idea why Brad is playing the starters. This game was over early in the 3rd!

Agree. I would put in Tacko, Edwards etc. At least they will bring energy and be motivated.

And I'd bet they would manage more than 9 assists over the first 38 minutes.

Whoa, a moderator giving a warning to another moderator.

That's legit the first time I've seen that here I think

Teague a DNP today. Interesting.

Do think it's time to make some moves. For too long we've straddled the line between winning now and building for the future. With Brown's emergence this year to give you two reliable young All-Stars - in addition to Kemba and Smart only getting older, the TPE expiring in 9 months, and no reasonable cap space for the near future - I do think now is the time to act and make a move towards winning with the TPE.

Nesmith played hard.  If he doesn’t see more time it’s on the coach

We are now the Indiana Pacers of previous years. Just good enough to play .500 and make the playoffs and exit in round 1.  I left at the beginning of 3rd quarter thinking I needed a break and I took a walk. When I returned we were down by 22. Seriously? Very poor effort.

I see Tatum and brown demanding a trade because DA failed to give them a supporting cast. Even worse they can be in Lakers uniform!

New players won't matter if guys still refuse to pass the ball. We need to work to get shots for the team instead of working to individually score.

This is why Durant disappointed in OKC but thrived in Oakland. The mindset on those two clubs was wildly different. Not shockingly, the team that played together and unselfishly had far more success.
