Reality is slowly sinking in.  Pretty hard to believe that the C's are this bad.  Hard to watch.

I wasn’t believing it when the season started but we should have seen the writing on the wall with Danny’s terrible offseason... we’ve lost a lot of talent and are relying on young, unproven players to carry the load. We shouldn’t have to rely on Tatum and Brown being superstars every single night, and the support pieces are letting them down... because our support is either young and unproven or washed up (Teague). DA hasn’t replaced outgoing talent, even Marcus Morris would be a massive improvement over 3/4 of this roster.

Guys remember the jays almost beat Lebron in the ecf.  They’re all we need :D

The 3rd highest scorer in this game for BOS is Timelord with 5 points. And it's the 4th quarter.

Laughingly bad.

Why is Tatum still out there ?  He plays too many minutes as it is.

Pritchard sucks. Can't hit shots at all.

Ainge is a terrible judge of talent.

My leaky, old storm window has better drafts than Ainge.
hysterical!!  love that one

What a joy it is to wake up to the Cs losing by 22 to the freakin' WIZARDS.

Based on several other calls against the Celtics, that Kemba steal and bucket should have been an and one.

Nick is cracking me up. He's not saying anything that others don't say every game thread, and I've been reading them since 2008.
After my date flaked out, Nick has been the highlight of my Valentine's Day.

KD-style burner account?  ;)

But, clearly, you're right - these are just repeats of previous serious posts that posters have made and not blatant attempts to troll. I mean, we always see comments like this:

Quote
Washington's coach knows how to call timeouts. Wish he would teach Brad. And while he is at it maybe he can teach our team how to shoot free throws. And how to play defense. And how to pass the ball. And how to give the best high five combo pre game to teammates.

Or even comments like this:

Quote
Trade every player and fire every coach. And the scouting department. And the management team. Heck, Wyc needs to fire himself.

Or I KNOW that I see this comment every game thread:

Quote
Team played the worst half ever. Stevens is so passive. He should make them walk back to Boston from Washington...in high heels...toeless high heels...with no socks...through the snow. That will teach them to be better.

It's just ignorant and immature behavior, though it is ironic that this is happening during a game where we're getting blown out by the second worst team in the league, the second game in a row that this has happened to us.

Nesmith is a good defender and a big guard. I hope he gets more time.

that run to the ECF that year destroyed the Celtics plan. The egos that came out of that run have not been well managed at all. This continues and Cs will lose one or both of the Jays to free agency.

Shot is not falling but Nesmith looks good on defense.
I don't understand why he won't get minutes more often.

Time to take out Tatum out of the game with such a deficit.
Or is it a punishment for playing so bad?

At this rate i hope we dont make the playoffs anymore...this is awful.

But then again..even if we get a lottery pick at 13 to 16 range..Danny is gonna botch it just by picking up the usual busts like Langford and Nesmith
