  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Boooo they took the 3 away from tacko

If ever there was time in the history of the NBA to just let it slide

Tacko deserved that bank. He is a trooper, patient with how little he gets the ball normally.

Love the kid. He has a good energy about him.

I may be wrong, but I think Nesmith would benefit from G league if there is one in Feb or whenever. There just aren't any minutes for him here....yet.
Sadly the Red Claws opted out of the g-league.

That’s too bad. I wish they would move the team back to MA. Let them alternate playing in Worcester and Springfield. They basically play in a high school gym in Portland...

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Those two plays were worth the whole game!
That drive and dunk was pretty wild

It's a small thing, but it is kinda nice to see the Celtics back at the top of the Atlantic Division.
Seems like it's been awhile for a position we have taken for granted for so many years.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

A ton of credit has to be given to Brad and the coaching staff for developing players. I doubt Semi would even be in the NBA if he hadn't been drafted by the Celtics. They took a really raw kid who couldn't shoot but had decent lateral quickness and a great attitude and turned him into what looks like a valuable bench piece, a 3 and D wing that may not be elite but definitely looks like he belongs on a contender. Could any other team have developed Tako to where he is now? Javonte? Wanamaker? So much more respect for this tyle of building a team, rather than grabbing ring chasing vets for the minimum or relying on sun and flash to attract players. Fantastic win tonight.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
