Do you think if Danny knew Hayward would just leave for nothing that he would’ve kept Bane ?

This guy? I hope so!

Listed between 7’2”-9’3” and weighs in at somewhere between 350-485lbs? Could sort our big man issue.....

But Brad won’t play him!

Which is a shame. Bam dominating Theis in that final stretch of game 6 was a backbreaking run. With Bane, maybe we could return the favor...

Came across a report earlier, that Rosier had unfollowed the Hornets on Instagram and then made comments say some times you get moved out of a city.  Apparently he wasn't happy about the Ball pick.

So it looks like he could be odd man out.

Lol well that Rozier experiment didn't last long for them

This is what Bane did to Heinz Field.

I don’t want to see what he’d do the Garden if Brad doesn’t give him playing time.

Rozier wants to be the man. Just another guy in a league that thinks they are better than they really are.

What possible reason would Charlotte have for creating a sign-and-trade with us when they already have Hayward without it ?

Also - how much money do these guys need ?  If I made just $1million for one season, I would be set for life and quite comfortably. Hayward has already made multi-millions in his career, what difference does even $20M really going to make at this point in his life ?
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Teams tend to help each other out when possible. Boston did it with Charlotte last year with Rozier. It also helps I guess that MJ and Wyc are partners in that high end tequila brand (together with Jeanne Buss and the Bucks owner).

The Hornets still need to shed salary. They could from what I under stand send a player back and give use the rest in TE. Or what it seems like find an other team and move a player like Rozier or an expiring like Batum.

Rozier seems to be wanting out from them drafting Ball and maybe even getting Hayward. But he seems out and the hold up might be them getting that trade done then deal with Boston. DA postponed a press conference which I'm guessing was to introduce the new guys. Which makes me think one or two more are guys are coming in.

Cleveland actually S&T’d LeBron to Miami. If THEY did it, with all the animosity between Gilbert and LeBron over the Decision.... anyone will do it. It’s basically just free second-rounders for signing another teams FA. Win/win.

Rozier wants to be the man. Just another guy in a league that thinks they are better than they really are.

That 2017/18 playoff run changed that Celtics team quite a bit. Rozier did lead that team to game 7 of the Conference Finals alongside Horford, Tatum and Brown, averaging 17/5/6/1.

We can certainly argue that this performance was a massive outlier for Rozier when he was with us, but he also averaged 18/4/4/1 on 44/41/87 (55 TS%) shooting splits with a 1.8 ASS/TO in his season with the Hornets.

Terry Rozier has proven that he's a good NBA player and able to be a starting point guard in this league. I fully understand that Rozier (now 26 and in his prime) isn't fond of being dropped to a back-up role to facilitate the development of a rookie.

For a lot of the guys who are making big contracts, the money is comparative. E.g. I make 150 million but you are 'beating me' because you make 175.

Add to that that Charlotte obviously allows him the most space as a number one option like he was in Utah, and I think it's pretty clear why he chose the offer he did.

He's also already tried to sign there before. There's definitely something about Charlotte that appeals to Hayward, and has for years.

I wouldn't add him, he clearly skipped the combine for a reason. You can see in that last video Bane is more like 5'9 220lb than 7'2 350lb. He also has breathing problems and is way too aggressive to play late in games.

To get some sort of asset. And to repay a favor from just last year when we did the exact same thing for them.

Charlotte has zero reason not to. It makes zero difference to them to do it. None.
