This grading system seems weird. B should be "pretty good" and C should be "meh, not bad, but could have been better". So I'd give it a B. I like Nesmith and Pritchard.

I love Nesmith.  I like PP.  Yam was a good stash.

I’m less sold on the Memphis trade, with Bane, Tillman’s and Carey all there.  I’ll wait on further details, but as is, poor value.

Overall, a B+.

I'll give it a C. We should've traded something for proven pieces like how the other teams are doing it.

Got too many young players on this team with little NBA experience or are just riding the bench or are just not working out.

I like Nesmith. I like Pritchard too but I just don't know where we will find minutes for all of them plus the guys we want from this season (I know there's not many).

Then again if Hayward goes there should be enough minutes for everyone.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

If Hayward is gone. Romeo out. Kemba out. Not only will Nesmith and Pritchard gain min. We are going to need them to play steady mins

B for me. Nesmith & Pritchard are solid picks. Not who I would have picked, but definitely see the validity.

Missing Tillman hurt me. Don’t want to see Sacramento do to him what they did to other binkies of mine in Tyreke Evans & TRob.

Merrill going last to a rival team hurts too. Ah well. Can’t win it all.

Gah, too many trades for me to keep up with! Especially on a weekday afternoon ;D

That’s better then... I guess. JJJ, Clarke & Tillman is a good trio of youth. Maybe JV is available now!

Nesmith was a good pick up but I am gutted Ainge looked over Tyrell Terry and Bane/Tillman, I very rarely question Ainge and his front office staff but this feels like a huge miss that will set the team back huge.

It's not like they can't clear out some of the end of the bench guys like Tacko, Poirier, Green or even Waters either.

Our last PP was pretty good (unless I’ve missed one...)

Meh. I believe this sums it up perfectly.

Imo, we had 2 needs going into the offseason:
1. Upgrade the C position. I don't think we could have found an immediate upgrade at C via the draft.
2. Add a shooter off the bench. We nailed it! Nesmith may be the best shooter in the draft.

That being said, the way the draft played out, I think we should have traded up for Haliburton. Given that we stayed put, I would have drafted Saddiq Bey at #14. I'm OK with Nesmith. He would have been my 2nd choice.

Pros
- projects to be an elite shooter
- happy to play off the ball (synergizes perfectly with his shooting ability)
- projects to be a good team defender

Cons
- tunnel vision
- limited ball handling skills
- can he stay in front of guards on defense?
- minor injury concerns. Had surgery last January for a stress fracture in his foot. Is he injury prone? The stress fracture is no big deal. He should be 100% ready for next season.

All in all, I see him as a high floor, low ceiling 3+D type of guy. I think he's a tiny bit undersized at the 3. Not sure whether he's explosive enough to play D at the 2. I reckon he'll be a terrific shooting specialist off the bench next season.

I've never seen Prichard play. Not even in highlight videos. Is he better than Wanamaker? He sure is a lot younger.

I don't like the (rumored) trade.

#30 + Poirier for 2 future second round picks from the Grizzlies

The Griz almost made the playoffs last season. Chances are the 2 seconds will end up somewhere in the late 30s - late 40s range.
