Nope. Not at all. Just a fun wrinkle and easier to call a team by the franchise name than the person. So I'm the Raptors instead of Moranis' team. Or something like that.
Fair enough. Although I would not be opposed to having Pops as my coach. lol
we sometimes do a coach pick round. Not sure we are doing it this year, but in the past it has been in the inverse order of the player draft order and we do it at the end of the draft. I think it might be fun to do it this year as well and maybe we make a rule no title winning coaches as way to mimic the draft elimination of talent. That might be fun to have a coach draft without guys like Pop, Auerbach, Jackson, Riley, etc.
