Jaylin is at his best when he is decisive about shooting like that

He's usually decisive.  That's the thing that I like about his offensive game.

He isn't great at creating his own offense at this stage in his career (though he has the tools to get better at it), but his quick decisions on the catch are something I wish would rub off on some of his teammates.

Tatum looks like he is just tired of the season and the "inconvenience" of being cooped up at a 5-star resort.
I don't think Jimmy Butler is tired of playing basketball.
