Am I the only one who thinks that the side swipe action to draw the foul should be either a no-call, or an offensive foul?

I mean, the offensive player is creating the contact, why should the defense be punished for that?

I agree it should be a no-call. How can they make a distinction between that and sticking out the leg? Both those actions are trying to draw fouls.
