Herro gone from goat to

Hero
Really? 5-17 and he's the hero? KO funnily enough was much better for my mind

Yeah I was just going to post that about Kelly. Herro was awful until last 10 minutes when he settled down and played big.

I can't believe the Heat avoided a sweep, esp with two of their starters out.

Impressive performance by Jimmy Butler tonight. Really want to believe, but I think that's gonna be the only best game of his life tonight. He'll have to keep putting up these numbers for 3-4 more games if they want to win it all.

It will probably help if Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro shoot higher than 33% from field. Maybe he'll only need 30 - instead of 40 - point triple doubles.

Getting Bam (and Dragic) back would be huge, too...obviously

Any chance Dragic actually comes back this series? A torn plantar fascia usually keeps guys out for weeks.

Dang what a game by Jimmy Butler! I've always been a fan of his, and I felt at times he got a bad rap for no reason. Guy's a warrior and tough. Philly absolutely should regret letting him go.

No Bam, no Dragic, no problem.

Butler's going to have to ball out for the Heat to have a chance but getting Bam back hopefully will be a massive boost.

Also it's a bit funny because even around halftime so many people (including ESPN) were making broom jokes and such. Miami and their fans seemed to have taken offense to that. Hope they can keep it going.

Dragic is gone, forget about it. But getting Bam back will be huge. And if Robinson doesn't put up another dud performance while Butler goes 30/10/10 each night for the rest of the season then I'll like their chances.

Yeah that's what I figured. I'd be shocked if Dragic comes back in this series.

Dragic's done. I think Bam will definitely be back for Game 4, and boy they'll need him.

He was rumored to play tonight but I think a few hours before the game they ruled Bam out. I think there's a great chance he plays Game 4 though

God I hate Jimmy Butler.... in that he is like Rocky.  You quit the match because you just can't punch him anymore

Jimmy Butler and Kyle Lowry.  These guys tire you out

S**t.  Why couldn't the Heat play like this against us?  They look like trash.  Giving up layups, open threes, offensive rebounds, they're stopping literally nothing.  Butler is the only Heat player who looks like he belongs on this court.

Because we have Daniel Theis and the Lakers have AD, LeBron, and Dwight? All those easy points Dragic, Herro, Bam, and Butler got won’t be happening against LA. Heats only chance is if they shoot lights out from deep for 4 games. Or they need Olynyk or someone to lure LA’s bigs out of the paint.

Oh don’t mind me I’ll just be over here patting myself on the back.

I didn't watch the game.  Is anything tonight sustainable or is this likely just a hiccup for the lakers on their way to a championship?

Nope. Cant see Jimmy doing that again

Unless one of Robinson or Herro go off next game. Plus one of Lebron or AD have an off night

Tonight was like a perfect storm for the heat

AD got into foul trouble early. Butler feasted and beasted. The Lakers got contributions from their bench and the Heat still won despite D Rob and Gyro shooting poorly.

We might just have a series.

LeBum wasn't happy...walked off court with seconds remaining and the game wasn't over yet. Stay on court and take your [dang] medicine!!

If this was Tatum or Smart or Adebayo or someone else we'd all be ripping them for being immature. But Lebron is a 35 year old vet with more Finals experience than anyone in the league. He should know better.
