This is looking like Lakers in 5 sadly.

Sweep if they keep getting such great shooting from their mediocre supporting players.

You mean to say the Heat have come back from double digit deficits before? Are you sure? ;)

Where's the Adebayo that put up 30 on us? He getting manhandled by Davis and Howard?

Those two are bad matchup for him. If only we still have Horford...

Are we not allowed to have snap reactions to things? Sports watching is not fun if you're not allowed to react in the moment.

Anyway, for like five minutes the heat looked awesome. Then bam had to go out and it fell apart.

Then the lakers started hitting a bunch of nonsense.

Feels like the heat need to win this game to win the series, especially with the help the lakers are gonna get from the refs.  They seemed poised to make this a blowout early on but then they promptly lost the entire lead. Very celtic-like.

Maybe I'm still traumatized by that game 6 collapse by the Celts.

Lakers with a double digit lead, but unlike the C's they'll probably actually hold it  :-\

Butler with a sprained ankle. Hopefully it's not too bad, because that could be the end of any hopes the Heat have

I know you're mostly joking but it is hard not to engage in thinking like this.

My reactionary brain is saying WELP I GUESS THIS SHOWS YOU THAT YOU NEED A GREAT BIG TO EVEN HAVE A CHANCE which rationally I know isn't really supported by recent evidence.

I'm convinced we would have given the Lakers a much better battle just based on our talent alone. It's really too bad we couldn't get it together enough to pull out those close games down the stretch against the Heat.

Of all the games that Jimmy Butler could get hurt, it's Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Lakers.

I don't see LeBron or Davis having any serious injuries, what kind of steroids are they on
