15 pts from the bench and 11 from Theis, good to see them stepping up

So some things i liked:

Everything timelord
Everything theis
Jaylen Browns defense on Siakam
A more reasonable number of foul calls leading to a better paced game.

Boston 5-22 from 3.  No need to keep throwing them up and missing.  Eventually Toronto will hit shots.
By that line of logic, we will too, right?

Possibly.  Boston shooting poorly; Toronto shooting atrociously.  The point being Boston has a tendency to get out their rhythm and get lazy on offense -- and let teams back in.

100% agree on Timelord.

I think part of it is that when teams exert so much effort and focus on defense , their offense suffers.

And Hayward doing his best Kanter impression on the offensive glass

Definitely this. Much more enjoyable and fairly balanced officiating game tonight with only a handful of bad calls. Props to the officials for letting them play tonight; now just do it more consistently.

It's nice to have solid lead when Tatum and Hayward aren't doing much offensively.  Hope to see both have a solid 2nd half.

Big positive to me, regardless of how the 2nd half turns out, is they're playing playoff defense maybe for the first time in the bubble. This needs to be a regular occurrence if they're going to have any hopes of advancing.

We're also seeing how Brad's going to play it - short rotation.  6 regulars and then they fill in where needed - though if Time Lord can keep this up maybe he'll make it 7 who play every game?

That was really nice after a sloppy half for him.  Also Tatum step back was nice to see.

Raptors - FG 33.3% 3 PT 3 - 18

Theis and Brown tied for "game high" with 11 points each

Smart is 0-4 from three

Not to be outdone

Freddie is 1 for 5 from three

Yes, also props to Steven for the rotation. Loving what we're seeing thus far with this playoff rotation.
