With the 2nd pick in Round 6 of the 2020 Historical Draft the Miami Heat select:

Kevin Love
This Miami team is (to me) wild. Love, AK47 and Dwight is crazy
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Love is phenomenal value at this point. He was so unstoppable in Minnesota, and proved he could take a backseat to bigger stars later on. So much offense to come off the bench or start and space the floor for Dwight. He's a super version of the stretch 4 Dwight played with for his peak.
2023 Historical Draft: Toronto Raptors

Point Guard: Anfernee Hardaway, Fat Lever, Terrell Brandon
Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey
Small Forward: Marques Johnson, Danny Granger
Power Forward: Jermaine O'Neal, Bobby Jones, Kiki Vandeweghe
Center: Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka

Since 2000, only 15 players have averaged 23.5 points while shooting 39.8% or higher from 3PT.  This guy is the best defender of the bunch.

Celtics fans should be familiar with him.

Jayson Tatum.

I don't even know if I'll start him but I can't keep seeing this type of talent sitting out there.

With the first pick of the 6th round, the Brooklyn Nets select:  Allen Iverson

Possibly the best 'value' pick in the draft.  It boggles my mind he fell to the 6th round.

Just don't ask him to practice.  ;D

I think they should start K-Love and bring AK-47 off the bench. It would be good for Dwight to have the better shooter as his running mate at PF.

Good value pick, he was one of my fifth round candidates.

Think I agree. That's a helluva rebounding tandem too

As you know but others don't, I thought Tatum was the better pick for you than Khris Middleton.

Tatum is a strong pickup. I had him going anywhere from mid 3rd to 5th round.

He clearly picked Middleton because he'll face Boston a lot, as a divisional rival ;)

Nice pick. One of, if not the best defensive wings left that can still give you good offence and playmaking.
