The league wants these games close. Especially with favored players and teams.

Bad calls not only shave points, but they also have a psychological effect. Hard to focus of have confidence gong to the rim when the calls are one-sided.

I don't know why Brad is playing Romeo.  He got torched twice in the first half despite some other good defensive plays.  Made a big mistake there by shading Harden to his left - the direction Harden wants to go.
