Give credit to Theis for the win tonight. He played a heck of a game, battled on both ends of the floor.

Great win, but I think this game showed me that Poirier might never be an NBA player. He's so lethargic, and has hands like frying pans.
I never thought he was NBA level talent. He certainly didn't look it tonight but luckily we were able to overcome the truly horrendous 10 minutes he put in tonight.

I have better hands than Poirier has.
he was bad out there tonight.  really bad.  couldn't rebound to save his life.  constantly out of position.  slow to the ball.  hands apparently coated in butter since he couldn't hold onto the ball or grab it.

a corpse could have gave us more

got to be somebody with a heartbeat Danny can get

187 to 145

Last three games Celtics' second half points vs opponent's

They start slow, but, then, all heck breaks loose

might have been able to cough up a second to get WCS and cut Poirier.  at least WCS is more athletic out there and can play some D

Well, they did have Tacko available on the bench tonight. Stevens wanted to reward Poirier and give him an opportunity.

Was like that game from 8 years ago, that bar-fight game in Orlando with Paul Pierce and KG.

I think he was nervous and has better hands than he showed tonight.

I don't. He has shown some pretty weak hands a bunch of times I have seen him.

I think the biggest thing with Poirier is nerves. Watch his Euro highlights. He's a powerhouse around the rim. But here, he just acts shocked everytime the ball is passed to him.

Major props to Kemba tonight. He was huge in the 1st half - it might have been a blow out for ORL without him carrying the team. Hayward came alive in the 2nd half, but definitely think his box score looks a lot better than he actually played. Theis of course gave us a huge boost and Grant was money on those 3s!

Great start to the road trip and let's hope we can keep this going. Jaylen and Tatum need to get back out there soon.
