Beverly is a crazy dude

If it's Celts vs. Clips in the Finals, Celts must contain Beverly.

That guy is very disruptive.

He cost the Celts a win in LA last month.

Man, what a game that was between the Clippers-Lakers.

People (especially the national media) can go ahead and crown the Lakers prematurely. But the Clippers to me are still the team to beat, and the favorites in the entire league (even over MIL/PHI).

That closing unit of Lou Williams, Pat Beverley, Kawhi, PG13 and Harrell is NASTY. Clippers got great depth.

Beverley is such a phenomenal defender, and he backs up his talk often. Did it again tonight with that incredible defense on Lebron late.

If one thing will doom the Lakers late in the year, it's their talent outside of AD/Lebron. Who else can consistently step up besides those two if either is missing or having a bad game? Kuzma and Danny Green do it occasionally but not often. KCP, Rondo, Bradley, etc. aren't getting it done. Dwight Howard is doing well, but he's clearly not the same guy from 8-9 years ago.

after tonight, C's still have 3rd best record in the league but now tie with the Fakers in the loss column.  C's could take second best record with an 8 game stretch against competition they should beat - including Toronto in the Garden in a few days.

Davis and Bron combine for about 50 % of the points and overall offense .

If either has more than mild health setback.....Lakers will fold like a wet paper bag.

We ll see if they can sustain those two playing perfectly healthy for the rest of the season.

Snoop Dogg's post-game tantrum shows he's just as much of a petulant loser as the rest of their fans  ;D

It's always a fun Christmas when the Celtics win and when LeBron James lose and the Lakers lose.

Injuries like that would not be big deal if it's a 25-year old Lebron we're talking about.

But a 34-year old Lebron is nowhere near as durable compared to when he was in his late 20s.

That's why I don't think the Lakers will have enough to reach the Finals.

But it would really be cool if it's Lakers vs. Celtics again in the Finals.

lebron looks old

Because he is old, based on NBA standards.

This is his 17th season.
