A couple of things about TACKO why does he leave his feet for blocks you would think he would just body the opponent and put his hands up.

Also, why does he bring the ball down, just hold it high. No one can get it.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Game over what a beatdown. Loved our defensive intensity through the first 3 quarters. Jaylen looked good, he’s MOM for me. Kemba looked good. Tatum didn’t shoot well and Gordon didn’t shoot much but they distributed the ball well And played great D. Theis solid again. Rookies played well, finally got to see what Strus was about. Much more of an outside threat than Green, while Green is much better as a penetrstor. Tacko hilarious as always

Only sore point was romeos injury, hope it’s not too serious. 50 point thrashing they did what they had to do.

This team is just a lot of fun to watch! You can tell they genuinely like playing with each other.  Just thinking about how young we are also gets me super excited for the future of the franchise!

Those are things I hope he will learn in Maine. Also where to stand on D. Unlike college he’s going to get pinged for defensive 3 secs if he parks in the lane all the time

I think keeping Waters & Green over Wannaker & Semi makes us a better team.

any day of the week and twice today !

Thing is, Semi has already proven to be a valuable contributor in situational minutes (ala against Giannis). I like Wanamaker's maturity and control.

I do like Green and Waters a lot though.

Wanamaker's there for insurance in case Kemba or Smart miss any time.  Otherwise he doesn't get off the bench in any meaningful situation.

Overall a nice win - I think they were good enough to beat most teams today but the Cavs.... Kevin Love probably has to keep reminding himself that at least he's getting paid..and Beilein is probably wondering what the heck he got himself into.

saw the game on tape delay.  here's my takeaways:
- Starters looked good once they started putting the ball in the hoop.  took a while against a crappy Cavs team though.  won't have the luxury of time to get untracked in the regular season.
- Jaylen's looking like he'll be taking the next step in his game that we were expecting last year.  looking good on both sides of the ball.
- Jayson's continuing to be aggressive with the ball and his D has picked up over last season as well.  good to see that.  he looks like he could be the improved player we were hoping to see last year.
- Theis is solidifying his claim to the starting center position.  good D and hustle.  I don't think we'd have looked anywhere near as good if Love and/or Thompson had played but Theis looked good.
- Waters looked terrific.  kid is going to be a keeper.
- Edwards still looks like he can be that instant offense this team will need during the season.
- Timelord looked much better today on defense than he had been looking.  positive sign.
- Tacko looked a little more fluid on D but still a long-term project.
- Strus' best game to date.  can finally understand why he was signed.

not so good stuff
- Kemba is no Kyrie on offense.  he'll be all-star level I'm sure but I was expecting better running of the offense by him as well as clear demonstration he can score when the team needs him to.  not seeing it yet.
- Romeo thankfully isn't needed to play this season so if he's out injured, we'll survive but this kid needs to figure out a way to stay on the court or he's going to be the team/blog's whipping boy in short order
- it's got to be just me but I'm underwhelmed by G-Will so far.  kid seems to do some solid stuff but I expected him to make more of an impact in a game based on the draft and TV hype of how smart he is.
- Poirier's looking like a "break glass only in case of emergency" player with each passing game.
- Semi was trying waaaay too hard today.  looked awful forcing his offense.

Waters showing off his skills as well.  Great ball handler, great passer.
and a good shooter as well. if he was 3 inches taller he would have gone in the first round of the draft i bet.

i love his dribbling and vision.   great kid.
