ha ha ha...what a final shot by the celtics there.

that 1st half was so fun to watch, and it isn't because we are clobbering a bad Cavs team,
it is because the team is giving massive effort, having fun, and playing for each other.

it is hard to overstate how different this is from last year.

This season's team is better defensively.

Last season's team was not that good on defense.

Cavs only shot 2 Fts in the 1st half and the C's only had 6 fouls total.  I wish we could bottle that.

I think Poirier is the odd man out among the 4 bigs.

Theis is very good on defense and rebounding.

Kanter gives the Celts a low post threat.

And Rob Williams gives the Celts shot-blocking.

37-9 in the 2nd quarter I know it’s the Cavs but that’s some kind of beatdown

Tatum with a +29 in 19 minutes
Smart with a +27 in 16 minutes

theis is having a great game, but playing the cavs is part of it. there will be certain match ups that he wont be able to handle so well. on those nights CBS will have to figure out who to play.

TL is getting better, but you can tell he needs to think about things before doing them.

That might have been the best stretch of all around basketball that I have seen Rob Williams play as a Celtic.

Its going to be a huge adjustment going form playing Cleveland to Phili on opening day.

Also I think Williams has been much better today, doing a good job sliding his feet on defense. Kanter ontinues to underwhelm.

Honestly among all the bigs Kanter has probably looked the worst.

Just so happens he's got the biggest contract so he's a lock to stick around.

I'm not including Tacko in this.  He's a feel good story and a gimmick.
