I want to see Embiid try to bully ball Tacko Fall.

Please God, make it happen.

Me too. TACKO could be an excellent situational player for the Celtics.

What are the realistic chances he makes the squad? As far as "end of the rotation" guys, the Celtics currently have:

Yabu
Edwards
Waters
Williams III
Williams
Dozier?

How many borderline rotation players can we afford to carry?

This is true but Tacko is unique.

I think Embiid would eat Tacko up, he's got some good moves and would spend lots of time at the free throw line. He's also a lot quicker than Tacko, not a good match up for the Celts.

Embiid would just use his athleticism to get around Fall. Come on, now.

I think people are sleeping a bit on Williams III.

I believe he solidifies himself as the backup bigman this season. if he controls his fouls a bit and keeps setting strong screens he will get 15-20 a game.

15-20 points or minutes?  I keep reading he's working hard spending a lot of time at the practice facility.  That's great to hear.  He just needs to learn the defensive rotations to earn playing time.

Eh, there's a reason Tacko wasn't drafted.

im not sure he will eat tacko up. i mean it kinda depends on what he's in the mood for that night and what he ate earlier in the day etc. maybe he'd already be full of tackos from before, or maybe he doesnt even like mexican food at all. that would be good for us :)

haha  jk

i love tacko :)

I really think people should manage their expectations with Tacko Fall. Not sure if people saw his games for UCF, he's very raw and limited. He's tall but the reason Horford defended Embiid, Giannis and Co very well was because he had great footwork and lateral movement which Tacko doesn't have. I really think he needs a year in the G-league to get polished.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Tacko's really good defense against Zion.
