I do not like the idea of trade smart at all.

Gotta be honest.

I think Smart and Brown work perfectly with Kemba, add to that Tatum and you are on to something. I would rather work something else, I know houston needs and wants capspace, so technically, Langford and cash works.

How do we sign Kemba and not match salaries for Capela?

there are ways to wiggle, just have to be creative.

Unless I am mistaken you can include cash in a deal every year up to 5.3ish million. so Langford and Cash should be close enough to complete a deal for Capela.

Cash does not count toward the cap space.

Looks like Matt George was suggestion Gordon Hayward would be moved in that trade to Philly and also appears he has no idea what he’s talking about.

I've heard the same as Sacramento's own @CarmichaelDave: The Kings intend to offer Harrison Barnes a four-year deal worth nearly $90 million when free agency opens Sunday at 6 PM ET

Sources: Golden State is planning to offer All-Star Klay Thompson a 5-year, $190M maximum contract when free agency opens Sunday at 6 PM ET --- which is expected to accelerate process of GM Bob Myers and Thompson’s agent, Greg Lawrence, quickly reaching formal agreement.

Milwaukee guard George Hill will be waived and become a free agent, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Hill had a terrific finish to the season and will be a sought-after combo guard on the market. Bucks are working to find space to re-sign Hill, too.

Weird final sentence.  The Bucks don’t need “space” to sign Hill. The only thing holding them back is their internal budget.

Yeah I agree. Maybe it means off-loading contracts so they are only a certain amount into the tax? Either way it doesn't seem reasonable. Sounds like Hill is gone.

Kawhi reportedly mentioned he'd like to talk with Butler, perhaps to team up with Clips. That would kill any Capela deal.

The Orlando Magic are preparing a four-year offer believed to be in excess of $90 million to their All-Star center Nikola Vucevic in hopes of completing a deal shortly after Sunday's opening bell in free agency, league sources say

Not going to lie, but I thought he'd be getting way more than this. Maybe that's what "in excess of 90M" means?

The Bucks don't have Bird rights on Hill do they? So if they sign other FAs, they'll be looking for a way to squeeze him back in. I assume that's what he means.
