And i just saw this. apologies if it is already posted.

"Watched Poirier play in Paris in ‘16 really liked the level of activity & smoothness he plays with for a 7’ rim runner. Has nice feel on PnR, knows how to mix up screen angles & roll timing. Plus he has a solid 15’ spot up & defends the pivot well. Complements Kanter’s strengths."
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

From the highlights I watched it looks like he can get up and down the floor, catch lobs of the roll and dunk, and block shots at the rim.  That's probably all you need in a backup center who may get 10-15 min a game, max.

I actually expect to see a lot of Theis next year if he resigns, which I hope he does.

70 plus percent regular season. 85% in playoffs.  Decent for a big man.

Yeah - what’s the thinking on Theis’ lack of progress last season. I thought he was going to be an asset after Year 1 but he showed nothing after returning.

Theis lack of progress is that he is being played out of position and possibly injury.  Theis is a PF in the NBA.  The C’s are trying to play him as a small ball center.  Stop with the madness already.  He is 6-8 and a little bit.  Play him where he can excel at PF.

He has the physical tools I guess. My only problem is that wasn't even doing that well in Europe, stat wise at least. He's 25 how much growth is left in his game.

Vucevich just finished career all star year at 29.

This guy started hoops late in life.

TP and welcome to the forum. At least Vincent knows how to roll to the basket, that's a plus. Shame we won't see him for summer league.

I'm very excited about this young man. He seems to have a great motor and great physical tools as well.

Another big body who can dunk. Guess that’s the end for Tacko?
