James did not like living in Cleveland, because he left here twice lol. Do us Cleveland fans care? Nope. We will take him back in a heartbeat, even if he comes out and say "I do not like Cleveland."

I like Ohio, but plan on taking the first train out of here when my deals come through. I mean, I like our sports team, not the living conditions in Ohio. You get the worst summers, and the worst winters.

But Jackie is one of the reasons Kyrie cannot wait to leave. I never heard him say that, I actually heard him diss us to glorify Boston lol.....Something along the lines of a "Real sports town."

Interesting that Kyrie bashed Cleveland when he was out the door there, during his first year here. Remember this?

Quote
According to the Charlotte Observer, Irving was speaking to reporters Wednesday about his early impressions of being a Celtic when he said, “Boston, I’m driving in and [thinking], ‘I’m really playing in a real, live sports city?’ ”

And that wasn’t the only unfavorable comparison Irving had to make from Cleveland to Boston. “It’s exciting to be back on the East Coast,” said Irving, a New Jersey native. “It’s fast-paced. A lot of different cultures, food and people. You get it all, especially in Boston.

“You would go to Cleveland, and it would be at nighttime, and things would be going on, but you just see a vast difference.”

Maybe he means the unrelenting sports radio talk show coverage? It is pretty bad here.

I'm done with the Kyrie bashing though. I think it just makes us look petty. If he doesn't want to play here so be it. Let's move on. Players come and go.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Kyrie wants to be a celebrity. Boston isn’t the place for that.

Plus, he probably got scared that if he traveled too far East, he’d fall off the Earth’s ledge.

That’s not true. The ice wall would have stopped him from falling off.

There is an ice wall?  Cool!

Jesus guys this isn’t Westeros...  ;)

Oh really?  :)

No joke. Some one wants to take “flatearthers” on a cruise to see the ice wall. I wonder if Irving is investing in it. LOL

I didn't even know until today that the belief in the "ice wall" was a thing...lol

I didn't know this was a thing either.

I just googled it and found an article explaining it.

It's worth reading for a laugh.

the immaturity and lack of accountability sound exactly like kyrie. he poisoned the well and now he’s projecting blame onto others to protect his fragile ego.

i look forward to reading about the phone call apology he’ll make to danny and brad in two years, when the pattern continues at his next location.

don’t let the doorknob hit you...

Irving will go down as one of my most hated players ever. He burned this team down to the ground and then left.

*EYE ROLL*
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Jeez people are realy programmed to hate the media without reflecting.

This is uncivil, ill-mannered and tasteless. Nobody is "hating the media", or "programmed" to do anything, or lacking in reflection, be it to hate, or love, or defend at all costs, etc

Let's avoid personal attacks and stick to the issue and differentiate what is said from who says it. It's possible to disagree wrt the merits of MacMullan's work as a journalist, and vehemently, without making any personal considerations about those one disagrees with, or assign ulterior motives and reasons..

Yes Faf is a great poster. But I still agree with the take by alt here, particularly what's not quoted here.
