27 Points Langford highlights

looks like had a party tonight

several blocks. Finishing with his left hand (considered weakness). Even jump shot is looking OK

Has that Jayson Tatum feel. Smooth athlete, good handles

TP for highlights. Romeo looks good but it's just G league. I hope he keeps tearing it up!

It's a practice playground for a talent like Romeo

he just needs to keep honing his skills/improving on his weakness

With Hayward out for considerable period of time, maybe he might get a callup

Well maybe not unless someone else is sidelined as Javonte Green is also looking good at the moment

Well I dont think there's any doubt that Romeo on ball talent will lead to some pretty impressive G league performances, the problem really is that he got drafted by a team who already has a lot of on ball talent. What he needs to get better at is spot up shooting, cutting, ect. That and adding some weight to his frame would help on the defensive end. Maybe he can end up helping the C's pretty non existent bench offense by the time this year is over.

We could certainly use him now that Hayward is going to be out. Anyone think he'll get called up soon or does he still need more time in Maine?

He may get some burn at last. Tho I think Javonte may  be ahead of him for now.

g league, yes. but he still looked to be a very physically talented athlete. if he can consistently shoot 3 pointers that will open up the floor for his very impressive ability to drive to the basket.

the blocks were great, but the video did not show him playing defense much.

he still reminds me of evan turner in some ways. but i think more physically talented.

so, let's see what he turns into. a good start to his career.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

H needs to stay in the  g league and get minutes. Javonte Green will see more action now with Hayward out so no need to stunt Langford's progress with him just sitting on the bench. They honestly have enough true rookies on the roster right now.

Langford basically needs a pre-season and minutes to get back his game shape and his timing. He needs reps.

Langford’s most impressive stat are the blocks.

3 point shot pretty flat.

Love the upside though.

Its good to see him getting some time in Maine and playing well.

It occurred to me the other day that the team retained 6 rookies this year, and depending on how you feel about Tacko, you could make the argument that he would rank 6th so far out of that group. Without a doubt, he's been no better than 5th. Part of that has been the impressive play of all of the other rookies, but this is still a problem from his point of view.

He's got a long way to go to climb out and claim a role on the C's.

He's bigger than I thought.  Or seems bigger.  He does remind me of Evan Turner, but a silkier version.

First time I saw him on the court   i thought of ET .

Agree he is much smoother ,  but he seems to operate in traffic in and around the lane foul line area.  Out faking the bigs and over the smalls.

Romeo had a pretty impressive debut in the G-League. Here are some highlights of his 27 pts, 5 rebs, 2 assists and 6 blocks on debut.

Meanwhile Tacko had 13 pts 11 rebs and 3 blocks. And Tre had 28 points!

Making his trade value go up! What quality but man can we get for Kanter and Romeo?
