Me too. I think he is going to be very valuable in the new NBA.

Glad things worked out with grabbing Mickey. He has even exceeded my expectations so far.

He led sl in bpg.   Near double double. This kid will raise the intensity and lessen mistakes as the game goes on.

Looking fwd to a solid rookie campaign.

We win the Spurs game if our starters go back in earlier. We almost lost the game b4 for the same reason.

I guess I understand giving everyone a fair shake but man, our guys winning the whole thing could have helped the young guys who will be with us after SL.

Besides that, for selfish reasons, I wanted more bball for our team.  ;D
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I'm loving his effort on D, his hustle, and over the last three games he has been rebounding very well too. He is also very athletic, which isn't something we see much of in Boston as of late. Of course it's not always wise to get hyped off Summer League games, but based on what he is showing it kind of surprises me that he wasn't selected in the first round. It seems clear the man has talent and I'm excited to see how his development continues.

It's crazy, but we can say that Rozier, Hunter, and Mickey all can flat out play the game. I don't know where their development eventually lands, but they all have a shot to do damage in this league. Ballers
This could turn out to be one of DA's best drafts ever.

It's sure looking that way.  Everybody has loads of talent & 2 have elite athleticism (Rozier and Mickey).

Curious to where they're at 3-4 years down the road.

You forgot Thornton - he has arguably the most athleticism out of all the rookies.

Not sure if he'll even make the roster (D League maybe) but still!

If we actually played man and didn't zone up that last play when they had a few seconds left, we would have probably sent it to OT and prevailed. Rozier was just heating up the kid can catch fire quick.

Nice to finally have three signed Rookies that will be fun to watch learn .

JJJ and Fab were so useless it's good to finally have coupe none guard guys who may make decent players.

Mickey's everything we wanted Bass, Big Baby, and Leon Powe to be.  He's more talented than all 3.  Has the complete package for that type of size, including length.  The feel for the game is there, and he could be a darn good player when he fills out and its all said and done.

Really like this guy. He has the right attitude on the defensive end, and great length/timing. His timing is what I was most impressed with. Timing is what makes a good shot blocker great. If he develops a pick and pop jumper and puts on some weight, I think Taj Gibson is a solid comparison.

Yeah, I like it.  I agree.

I think he can be better than Gibson personally, but it's a great comp

He already has a reliable J.  I saw several pick and pops at the SL

Love how he aggressively attacked the basket the last 2 games. Has enough length , hangtime and skill to pull off and 1s

he's got a ways to go to prove he can play against NBA competition like those 3 but if he's at least as good as BBD (the one I consider the worse of those 3) we'd be fortunate.  If he played like Powe, I'd be ecstatic.  man I miss Powe when he was healthy - - loved banging down low and produced rebounds and buckets.

I am a big fan of Mickey I see a lot of potential in him. Here is a small short article I found on the signing.
